Why doesn't my username and password work?
If you have previously been able to log into the members site and can no longer do so, the problem may be either:

  1. You have to enter the username and password EXACTLY as they where when you signed up. The server is case sensitive, and upper and lower case must be exact or the login will be rejected.

  2. Your login and password has been disabled. This can happen because either your membership has expired, or a rebill attempt failed. The credit card companies have many reasons for not allowing a recurring billing, including change of address, lack of credit or instructions from the cardholder.
  3. The login and password may have been disabled because the username and login was found to have been traded and multiple users logged in under the same password.
  4. You may not be a member at the moment, in which case please Join.

I just signed up and I was unable to get a login or password.

I'm a Member and I can't find the members only photos.
Full Members only sets directions Using one set as an example:-

  1. If you navigate from the previews front page to 2008 previews

  4. at the bottom of this page you will see text : 1-3 Princely Suite Set. See the complete set of 35 images in my members room.
  5. If you click on "members room" you will (as long as you are a member) be able to see the full photo set. (non members get a join page).
  6. If you wish you can click one of the thumbnails and when you see the bigger preview you can access the full set by clicking on the preview image - again that will take you through to the members complete set.



How do I cancel my subscription?

Am I entitled to a refund if I cancel before thirty days?
If you cancel before thirty days, you are not entitled to a refund. There are no free previews offered of the membership area, and the amount of time you spend in the membership area is neither monitored nor restricted.

I tried signing up and my credit card was refused even though I know that I have a valid card! Why did this happen?
We are using a transaction processing company to handle the credit card verification. As part of their service they maintain a negative credit card database. This negative credit card data base consists of cards that were either lost, stolen, used fraudulently, or have been refunded for a purchase made online for a company that uses credit cards. The reasoning behind the list is to cut down on the signups done with credit cards that have previously been used and created some sort of difficulty before. Lorna's World must agree to use the negative credit card database on its site or they will not work with us. Somehow, it appears that your card made it onto that list and the only way to avoid the negative list is to use another credit card, or alternately, call your credit card company and tell them you would like another card with a new number.

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?
It will start with Verotel, Ticketsclub or 'VTL' on your credit card or bank statement.

How often will I be charged? Your account will be charged every thirty days from the date of your first sign up for credit card signups. Web900 accounts are billed only one time and their membership lasts for thirty days. If you wish to cancel, you must send us notice before your thirty days runs. If, for example, you notify us that you wish to cancel on day 35 of your membership, you have already been rebilled and there will be 25 days left before your membership will expire.

Can I join other ways than online?
If you do not wish to join online, you can pay by cheque. Send your cheque to Lorna Morgan Fanclub, PO Box 362, Cardiff, CF10 1YQ South Wales, UK. Include your email address, and your choice of username & password.

How do I open up zipfiles?
There are a number of resources available to unzip files. My favourite is http://izarc.org/ and it's free!
Winzip is the standard of the industry for the Microsoft windows platforms.- www.winzip.com
Pkunzip is the ms-dos version if you prefer to work in dos. - www.pkunzip.com
Stuffit is the Mac version for unzipping files. www.aladdinsys.com

Will my name and email address ever be given out to other companies?
Lorna's World has always had a policy that we will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute in any manner the names and email addresses of our subscribers.

Why can't I download these images?
All of the images at Lorna's World are jpegs, and if you have viewed them, then you have downloaded them already. We only have Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer in house, so the advice we can give you only applies to those two browsers.
Click with your left mouse button on the thumbnail size image to see the larger image. Wait until the larger image fully displays itself.
After the picture has been displayed point your mouse cursor until it rests on top of the image.
Using the mouse, right click (click on the right mouse button) once and hold it down.
A menu will appear. Drag down to "save image as...". Save the image into whatever directory on the hard drive you want, noting the directory so that you will not misplace it.

If you are running AOL you can also save the images by going up to the file on the menu strip up top and then choosing "save as". If the AOL browser wants to save the image as an "art" file, then you probably have an incorrect setup on your AOL account. Lorna's World has no "art" files, and we will not be able to help in troubleshooting your AOL setup.

All the Lorna's World images are jpegs, and if the browser you are using wants to save the image as an "html" file it is because the browser is trying to save something other than the image. If this happens left click on the downloaded image once to make sure the browser is aiming on the image and not something like the html coding on the top or side bar.

How soon before I can expect an answer to my emails?
We answer all email that relates to billing problems, usually within 24 hours. Answers to emails relating to other issues may take a little longer as they are forwarded to the appropriate parties. Because of spam to Lorna's personal email address make sure you send your email to LORNASWORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When is the site updated?
We update the site monthly with new content. Also, you can expect to see special messages posted on the event diary called What's New. All the other content we have on the site has a more flexible schedule, and we are constantly working on producing more of what we received positive feedback on. So, if you like something and want to see more of the same, contact us using the contact page including the subject list on the site, and we will see what we can do. Of course, the same works in reverse. If you hated something, also contact us so that we can know that we are heading in the wrong direction, and try to correct it.

How can I change my credit card type, or my billing information?
You may change by going to Verotel. To use this option, you will need:
